Todd Polifka

Todd Polifka is an entrepreneur, leader, and solutions-based thinker with a strong sales and marketing background. Todd is a partner and principal in the Custom One brands spanning Custom One Homes, Custom One Renovation, Custom One Landscaping, GB Davis Properties and Custom One Charities. Custom One Homes is an award winning builder with over forty years experience and has built over 1,000 homes in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Along with his work for Custom One, Todd has served on the board of directors for The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Housing First MN, Housing First Foundation and CEO Roundtables. Todd has served in the highest seats of leadership in the industry as President of NARI, as well as Associate Vice President and President of Housing First MN. Todd has a passion for helping others though Custom One Charities, a charity created in 2016 and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for over 30 beneficiaries including other foundations, athletic programs, academic programs and families in need. In 2021, Custom One Charities was named Non-Profit of the year by the Woodbury Community Foundation.
